Customer help

Find current vendors, save favorites, create a personal request, manage reviews, and control alerts.

Use Today and Open Now for live vendor status. Vendor pages show when location information was last confirmed.

Open Requests, select a request, compare vendor responses, message inside the request, and close or cancel it there.

Use Notification Inbox to choose immediate, digest, or off for each alert type.

Include the page address, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or payment credentials.
